Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

All Orders placed through our Service are eligible for free shipping within Malaysia. No additional shipping charges will be applied.

Processing Time

All Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Please allow sufficient time for order preparation, especially for customized items such as event decorations, soap flower bouquets, and balloon arrangements.

Delivery Time

Delivery will be completed within 7 working days from the date of Order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

No Express or Overnight Delivery
