Custom Orders & Decorations
As our business involves customized event decorations, soap flower bouquets, and balloon arrangements, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed. Minor variations in design, color, or materials may occur due to availability, but we will ensure overall quality and presentation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or prepared. Refunds are only applicable under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company.
